Introduction to Intervention Order video
The Magistrates’ Court of Victoria has developed this mock hearing to inform those involved in intervention order hearings about the court process. For guidance as to how to present your case in court, you should seek legal advice. The following mock hearing does not represent what will happen in every case and is not a substitute for legal advice. The mock hearing is a “contested hearing”, meaning that the respondent is opposing the intervention order application.
